Frax Laser – More beautiful skin
The demand for effective, but at the same time safe, gentle and low side-effect forms of treatment in aesthetic medicine is constantly increasing. Whether it is unwanted hair, disturbing vascular or pigmented lesions, scars, warts or simply the desire for a fresher and younger appearance – with our new modern laser system we can meet today’s patient requirements to the highest degree.
With over 15 indications, including vascular lesions of all types, as well as sun-damaged skin, skin tightening, nail fungus and epilation, the new modular platform replaces up to six laser systems. The requirement for lasers today is minimal downtime, i.e. lunchtime treatments, while maintaining maximum efficiency.
The new Ellipse Nordlys™ laser is equipped with five selective IPL wavelengths, a long- and short-pulsed Nd:YAG laser and a FRAX 1550 and offers the most versatile and efficient platform on the dermatological-aesthetic market. It stands for excellent effectiveness, high treatment safety and high patient comfort. Different attachments are available for different types of treatment.

ELLIPSE FRACTIONAL-LASER
This laser attachment is considered the most modern therapy method for skin changes in the face. Hundreds of microscopically small heat columns are lasered into the deeper skin layer. Where these many, outwardly invisible wounds occur, new skin, new fibres and new collagen are formed. The skin is rebuilt by the onset of wound healing, new connective tissue is created, it shines anew.
TREATING FINE & WRINKLES IN THE FACE, NECK & DECOLETTE
The areas of application are varied: fine wrinkles and scars in the face, neck, décolleté, wrinkles around the sensitive eye area and on the lower eyelids as well as on the hands can be treated. The aim of the treatment is to refine the skin’s appearance and tighten it.
REMOVING STRETCH STRIPS
We have an equally good success rate with the treatment of pregnancy or stretch marks. The unwelcome stripes can be reduced by about 80 % with this method. With early detection, the chances are greater that the annoying stripes will disappear completely.
REMOVING SCARS
For flat acne scars, surgical scars and large pores, the fractional non-applative diode laser (1550 nm) is particularly effective. The basic prerequisite for the treatment and an optimal treatment result is a non-tanned skin. The use of a self-tanner is also not recommended before the treatment.
PAINLESS
10 minutes before the treatment, an anaesthetic cream is applied. During the treatment there may be a slight burning sensation and a feeling of heat, which is reduced to a minimum by cooling down and applying an anaesthetic cream. After the treatment, there may be slight redness, swelling and a slight flaking of the skin, which will quickly subside. After four to six weeks, the result is clearly visible. We recommend three to five sessions at intervals of 6 weeks.
