Can lip injections be reversed?

Injections with hyaluronic acid have become very common in recent...
The term “Baby Botox” – just like the general cosmetic application of botulinum toxin – originally comes from the USA. It is a Botox treatment with a low dosage of active ingredient, which produces a more natural result.
Many patients desire a fresher, more youthful appearance, but fear the rigid, mask-like faces often associated with Botox. That’s where Baby Botox comes in: It reduces crow’s feet, frown lines and expression lines – without restricting patients’ facial expressions. The liveliness of the face is preserved.
THE RIGHT MIXING RATIO
Botulinum toxin – regardless of manufacturer – is generally supplied and stored in powder form. One bottle contains 100 international units of the powder, which is dissolved in a saline solution and administered in syringes for treatment. Different doctors will choose different mixing ratios here. Basically, though, no matter how much botulinum toxin is diluted, the same amount of units must always be injected into the muscle in the end to achieve the desired long-lasting effect. If you have had the experience that Botox does not work for you, it may be because the dose was too low, in other words: that there were too few of the internationally standardized units dissolved in the saline solution used.
This should not happen with a conventional Botox treatment. It happens, among other things, when the user tries to make a higher profit and get along longer with one bottle of Botox powder. It is obvious that this is not very serious. The patient has a right to receive the full treatment that was agreed upon.
The situation is different with Baby Botox: The lower dosage is desired here (and also agreed with the patient). All parties involved are aware of the possible shorter shelf life, which is accepted for a more natural result.
HOW DOES BABY BOTOX WORK?
With Baby Botox, fewer units are administered, but they are injected at the same points as in a regular Botox treatment. Dr. Rolf Bartsch describes it this way: “I treat the muscle exactly the same way along its length, for example with three stitches – but I use only one unit per stitch, not three. As a result, the onset of action is there, but it’s much weaker.”
HOW LONG DOES BABY BOTOX LAST?
About 2-3 months.
